Study in Jiangsu Government Scholarship
Studying in Jiangsu Government Scholarship Excellent Student Scholarship is to enhance the international appeal of higher education in Jiangsu, attract and encourage outstanding foreign students to come to Jiangsu general universities to receive academic education. The scholarship was initiated by the Jiangsu Provincial Government, the outstanding student scholarships selected by the colleges and universities each year according to the allocated places among the students in the school.
1. Scholarship application conditions
(1) The applicant must have foreign nationality, hold a foreign passport, be friendly to China and be in good health;
(2)The applicant must be a full-time student studying at the school;
(3)Abide by the laws and regulations of the Chinese government, abide by the rules and regulations of the school, and have no violations of laws and disciplines;
(4)Have a positive learning attitude, excellent grades, and an attendance rate of not less than 85%;
(5)Actively participate in various activities organized by the school and departments, with good overall performance;
(6)Not enjoying the other scholarship provided by the school.
2. Scholarship Application Materials
(1) Fill in the Application Form for Studying in Jiangsu Government Scholarship;
(2) School transcripts;
(3) Copy of HSK score;
(4) Various award certificates and related supporting materials;
(5) A recommendation letter from the head teacher or class teacher.
3. Scholarship Application and Evaluation Method
The Studying in Jiangsu Government Scholarship outstanding student scholarship is organized and implemented by the school's International Cooperation and Exchange Office, Academic Affairs Office, and Student Affairs Office formed by a review committee.
Scholarships are applied by individual students. The International Cooperation and Exchange Office will review the qualifications and application conditions of the applicants, submit the list of students and materials that meet the application conditions to the review committee for selection, and submit the list of selected candidates to the school dean's office meeting for approval. The scholarship evaluation results will be announced on the website of the International Cooperation and Exchange Office for one week. If there is no objection to the announcement, it will be reported to the Evaluation Committee of the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education.
