Department Responsibilities
1. Preside over the overall work of the department and be responsible for the comprehensive management work.
2. Implement, implement and publicize the various guidelines and policies of the state and higher-level competent departments related to foreign affairs work, and formulate rules and regulations for international cooperation and exchange work in schools.
3. Responsible for organizing and formulating the development plan, work plan and budget of international cooperation and exchange in the school.
4. Expand contacts and cooperation with foreign (overseas) schools and educational institutions, and develop and implement Sino-foreign cooperative schools and overseas learning and training projects.
5. Together with the second-level colleges (departments), we will undertake the education and training of overseas employees of going global Chinese-funded enterprises, and plan to expand overseas training bases.
6. Responsible for enrollment promotion, student management, and student employment guidance for international students, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan students.
7. Responsible for teaching and reforming Chinese as a foreign language.
8. Plan and implement various foreign exchange programs for students such as exchange students, short-term overseas studies, overseas internships, and international competitions.
9. Responsible for the liaison, coordination and implementation of the school's international cooperation and exchange activities.
10. Responsible for the recruitment and management of foreign teachers (experts).
11. Assist in the school's foreign-related publicity work.
12. Complete other work assigned by the school.
